Product was good

However, I requested cancel the day after order(ordered on Sat. canceled on Sun.) but I got no response from sales team and support team. The shipment was about a week later from my order and received a message saying "Hey sir the product was sent 3 days ago". I'll use the paddle but I have to say that the customer support is really poor.

Touch is everything

I learned a long time ago that if you have a racquet that you like, don’t just own one. That’s why I own four Hudef Viva Pro Gen2 paddles. And why? The touch. Or, if you prefer, the control you feel most especially when dinking or doing a reset, and it doesn’t matter where on the court you are located when you execute one of these shots. The control factor takes nothing away from the power coming off a volley. But oh, that touch….

Great paddle! Good power + control!

I got this as a replacement for the same model that finally wore out after almost a year of regular play. I would have given it 5 stars except I got hit with a $20 import fee and it would have been nice to know ahead of time that this would be the case.

Viva Pro Gen2 better for me

Friend sold me his Gen2 to try. Game improved markedly and immediately. When it started to wear out, I saw the Gen3 and figured it would improve my game even more. Nope. Lost a lot of precision (for me) and had too much pop (for me). Went back to the Gen2 and everything came right back. No shade on the Gen3 but not for me. Absolutely love my Gen2!!

Worth it

Before MOD was delisted, I changed this paddle. The power is controllable. I played with it for three hours today and totally love it. BTW, the packaging is very good.

Viva Pro

The first generation Viva Pro has excellent balance. The Gen2 Viva Pro has the same great balance for control with significantly more power.

Great paddle!

Just the right balance of power, control and spin. I compared this to many of the popular and much more expensive paddles available and I prefer this one for performance and looks (although I’m not a fan of the orangish brown case…). I highly recommend this paddle. Great paddle at any cost!

An all around excellent paddle

I had this paddle for a year and unfortunately lost it recently. This paddle is built so solid that after one year of play it was still as good as new. The power the spin the control everything you wanted is there. I hope they keep making this paddle because I've tried newer paddles and still like this one better.

Better performance paddle

I've been playing for a year and only used one paddle. I upgraded to this paddle, and WOW!! It has so much power and pop. I didn't think a paddle would make that big of a difference, But it does. Hudef has been doing a great job.

Increased power over the Vatic Prism I replaced it with

It has increased power but less control than my previous paddle. I wanted more power so it's worth it to me. The build quality seems very good so far but I've only had for a week. The case is really nice but I don't think many are buying this paddle for the case.
