What is your refund policy?

For paddle orders placed through our site we offer a 30-day hassle free
return or exchange policy.
At any time within 30 days of when you receive
your paddle, you may submit a claim through
our returns page for a return authorization.
Of course, paddles that show signs of abuse
cannot be returned or exchanged.
At Hudef, we insist upon good sportsmanship.

What is your shipping policy ?

UPS Primary: We ship out the orders with the UPS,  usually ships within 24 hours. Arrive at your there 3-4 working days.

International Shipping Custom Fees: There may be customs fees on International Orders that ship from our facility. Custom Fees may differ based on the content of the order and country of import.

How do I care for my Pickleball paddle?

The three most important steps in caring for
your paddle are:
1. Keeping it clean. This can be done with
Glass cleaner and a lint-free cloth,
2. Avoid extreme temperatures. Leaving your
paddle in a hot or cold car for a long period of
time can affect its performance.
3. Invest in a cover like our ProPickleballBag.
It may pay for itself in extended paddle life.

How long do The Pickleball paddles last?

How long your Hudef Pickleball paddle lasts
will depend on how you care for it.
In general, paddles last 2-5years.
As a rule of thumb, expect to be buying a
new paddle every two to three years.
