Air Hole Spraying System Technology Design
The dynamic air openings of the type are quickly collected by the small openings as the air channel is generated when hitting the ball, and then quickly released from the small openings, which greatly increases the speed of the ball and helps players find the controlling position of the ball more accurately. It also successfully reduces the contact points between the bumper and the surface around the opening, minimizes the vibration caused by hitting the ball, minimizes the shock absorption effect transmitted to the player’s hand, and better improves the stability and consistency of the paddle. Comfortable and Unibody Construction Handle
This paddle can bear a weight of 2116 oz like HUDEF’s previous 100% Thermoforming paddle while ordinary handles can only bear about 1058 oz. The handle of the paddle is the connection point between the player’s body and the paddle. Hence, we have always paid great attention to its structural design and comfort. The NEWERA Luxury GEN ONE paddle has an unibody construction molded handle with a circumference of 4 1/8”, which fits most human hands. If the player wants to use a large handle, it can be adjusted by adding a grip tape for optimal comfort.

This paddle with the new face technology is fantastic. HUDEF has redefinded the face grip with some great new technology that I have never seen. This is Luxury that is so far advanced in quality and luxury.
The surface of this paddle has an amazing texture and grip for ball control and spin. The paddle has great soft touch from mid court and the kitchen making it harder for opponents to attack. The Aerodynamics of this paddle, combined with the material, also provide a lot of power when needed. 5 out of 5 stars!

I’ve tested quite a few paddles over the years, and the Hudef New Era Luxury Gen 1 really stood out. It has a nice balance of control and power, which is something I’ve been searching for since using the Luxx paddle. The two are very similar, but the Hudef edges it out with a slightly bigger sweet spot, more power, and better spin. The smaller aero opening on the Hudef also seems to improve the sweet spot. I customized mine by adding tungsten tape, which boosted the power and stability, making it even more of a game-changer. Out of the box, it’s great, but with a bit of tweaking, it can be perfect. The amount of topspin I could generate was impressive—my shots were dropping right at my opponent’s feet. If you’re into spin and control, this paddle is a solid choice, and for the price, it’s an even better deal than other high-end options like the Luxx. Highly recommend!
I have tested many paddles the past years and have been in the market for a control paddle since the Luxx. After using the Luxx, and hitting this one, they are similar, but vastly different. The Hudef just plays a tad better in every area. Very similar, but with sightly more power, slightly more spin, and sightly bigger sweet spot. The Hudef areo opening is also smaller, which in my opinion increases the sweet spot on the paddle. I added tungsten to give this edgeless paddle some much needed power and stability, and it worked like a charm. I also did the same on the Selkirk, it had similar results. Out of the box, it's a good paddle, but with some customization, it can be even better. I just wish paddle manufacturers include tungsten tape with their paddles, then you can customize it to your playing style. As for the spin, this thing has crazy top spin out of the box, I was able to hit some crazy top spin drives just over the net that dropped into my opponents' feet. So, if spin and control is a big part of your game, you'll like how this plays. Overall, I was very satisfied with the value of this paddle, it's cheaper than a Luxx, but plays better. I guess when you don't have to pay for huge PRO contracts, you can sell your paddles cheaper. I would but this again!
I have tried 25 paddles and this is my favorite. It has a perfect combination of power, pop, spin and control. Dinks and drips have never come so effortlessly to me. It looks like the Selkirk Luxx but costs $80 less. Also unlike the Luxx the paint grit is strong. After three weeks of heavy play it hasn’t worn off at all, it looks new in fact. The low swing weight helps me in hand battles and with serves and drives. I cannot recommend this paddle highly enough.
