How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping via DHL Express takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery. Limited lifetime replacement of NEW PADDLES:
In case of craftsmanship and manufacturer defects, a new replacement paddle will be sent to you for lifetime warranty.
In case that quality problem is occurred under normal use within one year, we will directly replace with NEW PADDLE.
In case that the core of Supercritical Foam Paddle is damaged under normal use within 3 years, we will provide a NEW PADDLE for you.
Surface scratches and normal wear and tear are not within the scope of new paddle replacement.
US Return Policy: We want you to love your Hudef paddle! We offer a 30-day hassle-free return/exchange policy. Simply purchase the paddle you're interested in, play with it for 30 days. If it doesn't work for your game, return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different one. Plus, Hudef covers shipping both ways. We’ve taken the risk out of purchasing a new paddle.
International Return Policy: We want our international (outside the US) customers to love their Hudef paddle as much as well! We offer the same 30-day hassle-free return/exchange policy, with the exception of free shipping. Simply buy the paddle you're interested in, play with it for 30 days. If it doesn't work for your game, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for a different one. While Hudef is more than happy to extend this offer internationally, please note that we are unable to cover the associated return shipping costs for international orders.
