HD6.2 at the Open

Just played 3 events at the US Open with the HD6.2 Paddle earning medals in all 3 events. The first thing you notice about any Hudef paddle is the “feel”. You can truly feel the ball on their paddles. To me Feel=Control and Control=Confidence which allows me to really swing out on put-aways. The HD6 series is a thicker core with added weight. I play a soft dink game and rely on my fast hands. I was worried about maneuverability with the extra weight of the HD6.2 in the “hands battles”- Worried No More. The weight is perfectly balanced and makes resetting the ball so much easier. The weight distribution seems to increase the sweet spot. There are zero dead spots on the face of this paddle. The HD6 series has one of the best grips in Pickleball. I have always used an over-grip in the past but played 5 straight days in the heat and humidity of Naples, FL with the factory grip and loved it. This paddle should help anyone looking for more feel/control and more consistency in their game.
